Blocks the sun perfectly!
Works great at blocking the light! There was enough material to do my doorwall and both side windows. Very easy to apply the magnets. Make sure to put the thick heavier magnet on the frame. The thinner magnet attaches to the material. Watching installation video helps.After installation it is very easy to fold back the material and secure to magnets, to open door. Just make sure when installing magnets they are evenly space if you want to fold back material.Material is very lightweight and thin, easy to work with. I have a sewing table with a gridline ruler measuring 58″ wide. It was easy for me to lay out material and cut with rotary cutter. The enclosed cutter was useful for cutting material in half on the fold line. The rest of cutting I used my rotary cutter.Good value for the money spent. Keeps the heat out. With global warming, this should save on electric bill with central air not having to run as often in summer. The window I applied to faces west. All my other windows have room darkening shades. But the doorwall was a struggle trying to come up with something that would work.I live in Michigan.I should mention I have newer windows with e-glass. The new windows saves on energy costs. With the addition of these sheets it should save even more. Should also help to protect my wood floors from the sun.Will be very easy to remove the sheets to store when summer is over.

Lightweight and Definitely Worth It!
Came with all the accessories/mount options. Staying power for the adhesive is really good for repeat use and the material does a good job of blocking light. I was really looking for something temporary and easy to take down. I would say give it some time to flatten out and more so air out as you get a significant plastic like scent.

It does the job, but I was not impressed because I was still getting light in. The seller offered me a refund and then never refunded me anything. So I am not impressed with their customer service either.

Total blackout.
The material its self totally blocks out light. The real challenge is actually keeping it up in the window without light leaking from the sides. The magnets and velcro they give you aren’t that good. If you get this, i would get some extra strength velcro strips to go with it.
