Skeleton good, metal stand iffy
Skeleton is huge (really is 7.9’) and good quality. The stand’s quality isn’t as good, the poles’ connectors are (rubber? resin?) and one broke during the first windy day. Base of the stand is sturdy. Without the stand, the skeleton will fall over with just a light breeze. Made my own pole replacement, all good.

Life size, jointed skeleton that always looks like he’s in shock
I am a huge fan of Halloween, and I always need more skeletons in my life, so I was glad to scoop up this guy. He is a bit over 5 feet tall, and has some nicely movable joints at the hips, knees, wrists and shoulders that stay in place quite well. You do have to assemble him, but the pieces pop together pretty easily and you use wingnuts for the legs/hips. He is waterproof, which is good because he is currently residing outdoors in a patio chair. It is sturdy and I’m mostly happy with it but for two issues. The head doesn’t stay on very well. Maybe if I put a screw in it, but then I would not be able to rotate his head. Second thing that is a bit annoying – his mouth always just hangs open like he’s in a perpetual state of shock. The jaw is too loose. I’d prefer it to stay closed unless I want it hanging open. He rode around in the passenger seat with me for a couple weeks and gave me a complex because he looked as though he were terrified of my driving. I would say it is a bit overpriced, but I like the size and fact that the joints stay in place better than some of my other skeletons.

A Great Skeleton that Feels Well Built
The skeleton is made of plastic, and I didn’t check but I think he’s a little shorter than the 5’4 designation because it’s about the same size as a 5′ family member, but it can’t be by a whole lot.The rib cage is thin, and I made the mistake of trying to move the skeleton by it and it’s kind of sharp, it didn’t break the skin, but I would probably avoid letting small kids play with it.The pieces went together well without needing a lot of instruction, although I will mention my instruction sheet came torn in pieces. His legs go on with some wing nuts, I’m not super sure how they are going to hold up in the weather but they go on well. I’m thinking about replacing them with some from a hardware store that I know hold up.Overall I’m very happy with this product, we love Plastic Halloween decor and this is probably going to wear a pilgrim hat and a Santa hat before this year is over, if code enforcement would let me it would probably sit outside for its entire afterlife. A few things would make this skeleton even better such as bendable fingers and a tighter jaw so we could put something in it without it falling open. But, those are just little things I’d like, on its own this thing is great enough.I have zip tied the skeleton to a chair and put it out in the yard.This is a great skeleton that feels well built and I find it to be a 5 out of 5 stars, I’m impressed.
