Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!
This is the second year that I am using, so it is easy to put up, take apart, and reassemble! There are many lighting options.The tree has been selected for neighbors on my street, but you would not know it is the same decoration because of the variety of options. The LED lighting runs for Pennie’s a day.One note, it is VERY windy here, so we purchased a few extra landscape or tent pikes helps to secure the tree.

Ho Ho NO!
Let me start with the positives: it’s easy to assemble, it doesn’t take up much storage space and the colors are vivid. Now the reasons for two stars (being generous): the remote doesn’t work beyond 3 feet, a large number of the patterns don’t work or are just odd, bring your pliers because parts need adjusting, and the instructions are cryptic. Is it worth the price – NO (about $10 worth of materials) but then the other products run around the same price.

Curtain lights
I have so many smart lights in and on my house. We just installed permanent outdoor lights, so I was excited to add this to our house. The app it uses is called Hello Fairy, and I have two other sets of different lights from Amazon already that use the same app. The app isn’t the best. It does offer some customization options, but it’s a little glitchy. I had it set to a static image of Santa but when I came back on multiple occasions, the Santa was scrolling back and forth even though the app setting was for it to be a static image. I’m not sure what’s up with that. It comes with all these little plastic hooks and then these little plastic pieces that you are supposed to screw together over the hooks. The screws are tiny and it does include a tiny screwdriver. We opted not to go to all that trouble. For now, we have the lights tucked into our vinyl siding. We will have to secure the bottoms somehow so they don’t blow around and get tangled up. There are a few different options for most holidays in the app and you can create your own custom images as well as scrolling text. Overall, I think it’s a neat addition to our Christmas decorations and we will probably leave up for many other holidays and events as well. Just not sure why the app is glitchy and my choice isn’t sticking.

Could not create an “Extended” group for scrolling text
I bought four sets of these intending to create a marquee with scrolling text for the holidays. The product description claims you can do this and even provides a video on how to connect two panels. I’m here to tell you they WILL NOT. All four panels show up under all devices and when you create a group they show up when you select sync so you can make them do the same affect at the same time but when you select extend to create scrolling text or image, none of the panels show up to select.Also they are only 5’w x 6.5’L. This differs from the common 6.5×6.5. I contacted support about the issue and just got “they are supposed to” and “did you try updating firmware “ and they sent a link to the video on how to do it and I had already tried all of that but they simply will not do an extended grouping.

Tree
Bought two trees, one works good no problem and the other only works part of the time. Won’t work in the cold outside. Had to bring it inside. Can’t find a replacement power supply anywhere. Wouldn’t spent my money on them if I knew that.
