Great customer service. Our clock is beautiful but it never kept time correctly. We thought it was the batteries so we changed them twice. Never helped. Reached out to the seller and they quickly responded and sent us a replacement. New clock arrived quickly and so far so good. I’m most impressed with the customer service though.
