Beautiful and of High Quality But Pay Attention to the Stated Dimensions!
These are high quality trays made of real solid walnut. Craftsmanship is excellent and the finish is superb. The trays have the rich chocolatey appearance that quality workmanship affords this expensive wood. However, something about the pictures for this product make the trays look like they are much bigger than they are. I bought the large size and still was surprised that the trays seemed small even though the dimensions given are accurate. I think that the product pictures convey the false notion that these trays would be the size of cafeteria trays when in fact they are much smaller. If you expect to use these for a dinner plate, a salad plate, napkin, utensils and beverage, you will be disappointed. Think instead of serving a small desert and a cup of coffee. I bought these to protect a real walnut side table counter-top in my dining room and the trays will serve excellently for that purpose.

Gorgeous, solid, sturdy!
Even better than I had hoped. I got the large 15.4 X 11.4 inches and it is perfect for setting meals on, a solid surface for cups of liquid or even for a work surface if you’re handwriting a note or keeping written records. Not large enough for a laptop, in my opinion, but while using a Fire Tablet, it’s the berries! (For those of you under 50, that means it’s a good thing.) Clean up is a breeze. Smooth surface but still has that elegant look and feel of solid wood. I’m pretty sure I read somewhere here that they wanted to save the walnut trees so these trays aren’t made of solid walnut but if they have the same look, feel and durability, who cares? I’m very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Tray
This tray looks really nice in the photos and for a great price so I took a chance that it wasn’t too good to be true but it’s exactly as advertised. Beautiful wood, well made, soft edges and a nice smooth finish. It’s exactly what I was wanting and I’m beyond happy with this purchase!

Great price solid black walnut. Looks just like the photo. If you’re teetering on whether or not, you should get it go for it because frankly the wood alone is very expensive – so this is a really good deal. I always search for deals. I had another one like this in my cart that was twice as expensive bit. The bullet got this one couldn’t be happier. Dictated, not Read.

Great but not flat.
It’s hard to imagine a prettier tray and the workmanship was almost flawless. It’s made from four sections of what seems to be black walnut and is nicely sealed and sanded. It’s not flat so I put felt pads on each of the four corners and it now sits nicely. I’d rather have this one even with the defect than most other ones I’ve seen 🙂

Beautiful Quality
This was a great buy. I bought the medium sized tray in the black walnut finish. I use it on my nightstand to protect the surface since it’s vintage (mid-century) and inherited. I originally bought it to use in the kitchen to store and carry my espresso machine on it, but when this tray arrived in the mail it was such good quality and beautiful wood that I couldn’t bring myself to put the machine on it. So I took the old enamel tray I used to keep on the nightstand for the espresso machine and now this beautiful tray lives there instead. I plan on buying another one of these trays for my coffee table. They really are excellent quality.
