Great music, fast charging, different color modes – all-around a great clock!
Way back in 2012, I bought an iHome clock radio for my very first iPhone (I was late to the party). It was great but of course over the years the charger design changed so that old clock no longer worked with my later iPhones. When I saw this new version, I ordered it right away, and I am very happy with it!I paired it with my iPhone (note, still an old version – I have the XR and expect to keep it for at least a couple more years) and the bluetooth went through flawlessly – the clock is in pairing mode as soon as you plug it in, and it paired immediately (and the time changed from 12:00 to the actual, accurate time). Last night I was moving stuff around on my desk and unplugged the phone, then when I plugged it back in this morning it didn’t pair automatically this morning – but I re-checked the instructions and it took about 5 seconds to get it to pair again. As I write this, I am listening to music on my phone through the clock and it is very fun, although it’s my JOGGING playlist so I keep wanting to get up and move!I tested the phone charging last night and it worked as soon as I placed my phone on top of the clock. I tried the different color modes too (I like green the best) – see my video and photo, please! The clock is VERY bright and the numbers are large enough that if I set this on the other side of the room, I could still easily read them.I still haven’t gone through all the features this clock has, but I will – I am especially curious about waking up by light, but I don’t need to set an alarm for another month (on winter break right now) so I will report back then! Right now I am just enjoying it. At $81.99, it’s a good buy, and I definitely recommend it!

Don’t buy this clock you pay for a New one and get a used one
Paid $80.99 for a brand new iPhone Alarm Clock and got a damaged box with all seals broken, a dirty filthy alarm clock! Not even sure if all the parts are there, AND there’s no manual! I can’t even give this one star😡horrible but I can’t submit my review without marking one.

After a quick review of the directions. Everything on this iHome alarm clock radio was easy to set up. The clear directions made setting it up easy.You can set the time, date, DST, and has 2 alarms that can be programmed to come on with either 4 preset sounds, your favorite radio station, or a BT paired device.Alarms can be set in 1 of 3 settings. For 2, 5, or 7 days. With them being week days, week ends, or every day. They can also be set with or without lights.The lights have many color/pattern settings. Including one that changes as music plays. There are 5 Dimmable settings for the clock with that last setting being totally dark.There are 2 ports in the back that allow USB, and USB Type C charging cords to be used. Along with a wireless charger on top of the clock radio.When a wireless device is placed on top. A green charge light will flash 2 times as well as show an icon on the display showing a wireless device is charging.The volume goes from 1 to 16 and, of course, can be controlled with a paired BT device. There are also several Sleep settings you can use to listen while relaxing before bed.I personally like the grey light setting and look of the clock radio.The bottom houses a space for 2 AAA batteries to be placed to use as a back up of settings if the power in the home were to go out.All in all, I really like this clock radio.The buttons make a click sound as a confirmation that it has been pressed and they are easy to read and marked clearly. This is a quality made clock radio.
