The clock was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. It works well, is quiet, and looks great. I had to bend the hour hand out slightly so it wouldn’t hit the black metal in one spot, but it didn’t cause any problems.

It seems that the wall clocks they make these days are not meant to last very long. I bought another wall clock that I liked from Amazon and it quit on me within six months. In an event, I needed a new wall clock and I found this one. It was 3 inches larger than my Previous wall clock, but that was actually a plus for me. So far, and it’s only been a month. It’s working fine. And it does look very beautiful on the wall where I’ve hung it. I’ve gotten several compliments for my neighbors on the clock and it matches my decor quite beautifully. If this clock dies on me, I will be sure to add this information to this review. But, hopefully, I’ll get at least a year out of this clock I did invest in the two-year warranty this time. And it truly is a silent wall clock with no ticking sound. It’s five makes it very easy to read even in the evening. I love the beautiful tree at the center of the clock.

I look the look of the clock, but the description is wrong – this clock is NOT “silent” and there is a noticeable ticking.
