Perfect Striped Duvet Set!
I absolutely love these striped sheets! The neutral gray and white stripes give me exactly the vibe I was looking for. The fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the stitched texture adds a nice touch. I also love that the duvet has a zipper at the bottom for the comforter—it makes it so much easier to use. Definitely worth the money, and I’m sure they’ll keep me warm and cozy. I don’t I’ll say it’s just a little see through; But overall, a great product!

Nothing is worse than trying to wash and dry a duvet full of feathers or making an expensive trip to the cleaners. A duvet cover makes that chore a less frequent necessity. Washing a cover as needed is far easier and if like me your duvet is pure white, a cover gives you extra design choices.This cover fit my trusted duvet perfectly and is a long overdue refresh of bedding decor. The opening zipper is on the top/bottom (if orienting the stripes running head to toe) and has a simple flap cover. That’s more than adequate since the zipper isn’t on a side which has been an irritation with other covers I’ve owned. Ribbon corner ties are sewn inside to help wrangle your duvet into place. If like me your ancient duvet doesn’t have corresponding loops, an easy surgeon’s knot on an inch or two of the corners works well to keep them in place until the next wash cycle.The cotton fabric feels almost like seersucker which is lightly textured but still soft and comfortable. The weight is noticeable but not oppressively so and will help in the long Canadian winters. The stripe pattern on both the cover and the pillow shams is only on one side so technically I’d call it “reversible” to a plain washed cotton off-white.A cold-water hand wash test of one of the two included shams made of the same material produced no bleeding or runs. The included instructions prescribe hand wash or gentle cycle machine but I’ll likely stick with the former.There was also a prudent warning about untrimmed pet claws damaging the fabric but my feline herd gets a bi-weekly nail clip and after a few days of lounging on THEIR new favourite spot I saw no problems. Avoid letting your pet badger or eagle crawl on the material.I’m very pleased with the look, feel, and fit. Pick your size and colour and enjoy the winter just that much warmer. Pictured is “charcoal & white” to match the cat… as he demanded.Five stars. (I update on longevity, durability, etc. in future if and when needed.)

This is a lovely duvet cover offering a modern boho look and quality at a reasonable price point. Although more expensive then other offerings on the market. It does exude quality with it’s dual layer design, good zipper and inner elastic loops for tying you’re duvet comforter. My set fits perfectly on my queen sized bed and offers a sleek modern look. I have purchased cheeper products in stores and online. They just don’t compare when it comes to the feel and heft. The portion where you sleep does not feature the textured print. Instead it offers a softer traditional cover 100% washed cotton. I will say it is a bit warmer then my old set. So keep this in mind if you want to use this in the summer time. You can also purchase a summer comforter that is slimmer and more breathable to avoid the aforementioned issue.The set fits perfectly on my queen sized bed. With no visible overhang of fabric or missing fluff. It complements my comforter flawlessly in it’s dimensions. Compared to the cheeper sheets I was using this makes a noticeable difference in how inviting and cozy my bed looks once made and dressed, with extra pillows.Final thoughts:Although some would find this to be a bit expensive for two pillow cases and a duvet cover. I would argue that, the quality is there. From the raised pattern that looks sleek to it’s dual layer design to keep you comfortable. With it’s inner cotton sheet. A zipper that does not snag and feels well stitched into the material. I think you can’t go wrong with this offering. Just follow the guide lines billow to achieve best results when washing and drying and you will do fine. If you take care of this set it will last you a couple of years without any issues.To note:You should wash it in cold or medium temperature water.Dry on delicate setting to avoid fading and damaging the fibres.To avoid wrinkles dry to around 90% then spread it on you’re bed to finish drying.
