Golden 50th Wedding Anniversary
I bought this vase to use as part of a centerpiece for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary dinner party. I filled it with red poinsettias (the flowers that were at the church my parents were married in) and white carnations (the flowers my mom carried in her bouquet). I like it it because it has gold (‘golden’ anniversary) but is modern-looking enough to be used every day. And it is not too ‘tall’ which I appreciate since it will be sitting in the middle of a table and people will need to see over it.
