Worth the expense.
This is the best mirror for truly looking closely at your face. I use it for makeup application, tweezing, even putting contact lenses in. My husband will use it if something gets in his eye when not using eye protection. It lights your face adequately and magnifies 10x without distortion. The light is soft white. I find it quite natural-looking. My mother used it while visiting, and bought her own!

I previously had the same mirror and accidentally knocked it off the bathroom counter and the mirror cracked. I bought the same one to replace it. Great magnification and love the little tray to store my tweezers for a quick pluck of a stray eyebrow hair. I wear glasses, but don’t need it with this magnifying mirror. I can see everything I need to see….and some blemishes on my skin I’d rather not see. Ha.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I always read them before I buy! LolI looked for probably 3 hours online trying to find a very bright and what I pictured my replacement magnifying mirror to look like after my first one quit working. I kept passing over this one because it was white and shaped a little differently than my previous brushed metal silver colored one. None of them were going to be bright enough with the 3 different levels though . I know because I was given one like that recently and although newish I couldn’t see very well due to the shade of light. I found the one I really wanted needed to be a fluorescent lighted version not a LED one.This one is the only one that was fluorescent so in spite of it being white I ordered it. Wow! It’s a great light. Exactly what you need to see up close…probably see more than you need to see, but with my aging eyes it’s perfect. I actually really like the little tray too; I keep my contact lens case there.You won’t be disappointed with this I assure you if you need one that really lights up.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is an excellent makeup mirror. I researched many mirrors before choosing this one. Its overall mirror is larger, it has one light and it plugs in. I found after using other mirrors with different shades of “light” I rarely changed the lighting. I was more interested in being able to see myself in the 10X magnification.

My second one that broke
I bought one in 2024 and it broke and then again in May 2025 I purchased it again thinking it was a one off with the adjustable mirror breaking but six months later same problem. The mirror won’t stay upright so you’ll have to hold it in place with one hand while you try and do your make up or do your eyebrows with your other hand.

It’s on the larger size, but that’s what I wanted. This is my third time buying the same mirror. The first one broke (my fault), second one the mirror didn’t stay where I needed it. I had to use a hand towel to keep the mirror where I needed it to stay.

Finally found a makeup mirror which has a bright light! My old makeup mirror had different settings (for daytime, evening, office or home), but none of the settings were bright enough for my liking. Good magnification (10x) on one side and regular on the other side. Sturdy base, easy on/off switch. Plugs into wall outlet, which is what I wanted (didn’t want the kind you have to charge or battery operated). Overall, really happy with this product!

I have had my makeup mirror for over 10 years and its still going strong. I just bought this one for my Mom and she loves it too. The light is bright enough without being glaring and the mirror height is easily adjustable so you don’t have to sit awkwardly to use it. Recommended!!
