Good heavyweight blackout curtains for bedroom. It’s dark when they’re closed! Completely! The fabric is thick and does the added job of keeping the cold air from coming in and the heat from getting out. They look great too. They appear to be velvet and look more expensive than they were. Hanging was easy and the creases came out very quickly. Good deal on these. I’m happy with them!

These Joydeco Golden Brown 100% light blocking premium draperies are to die for. I am extremely impressed with their thickness and overall quality. The fabric is smooth and velvety, with an eco-friendly backing to block absolutely all of the light, whether it’s daytime, nighttime, street light, neighbors’ garage light, I promise you: these draperies block all* the light. Beautiful blackout curtains
Beautiful curtains! The quality and feel of these curtains is great. They are soft to the touch but heavy. In the afternoons the westside sun really was heating up our livingroom, but with these blackout curtains the room is a lot cooler. I would say they blackout the sun pretty good and you cannot see through the curtains. Very pleased with these overall. We will see how they hold up once it comes time to wash them.

Effective, High Quality and Elegant
I absolutely LOVE these velvet black out curtains! They are weighted, lined and very effective in blocking out light and sound. Fabrics used are high quality, the style well designed to hang, move with ease and add elegance to any room decor. They arrived quickly and the packing wrinkles dissappeared after hanging….no worries with these …I would buy again for sure.I live very close to a train track and busy street and am now sleeping better….wish I would have bought these drapes years ago!- )

Beautiful just not white
They are beautiful, well made, thick curtains, but they are Not white. They are a cream / beige color. See photo for comparison. These are on the left. I’ve decided to keep them because they are truly blackout curtains and every white or ivory color (as seen on the right) let’s in too much light.

These curtains are amazing! They are super heavy and so you don’t need weights and they are so soft. I am obsessed with these curtains I ordered more. Only downfall is they need more sizes and more colors so I can have them throughout my house. They are by far the nicest curtains I have ever bought just wish they had more colors. Also with the velvet texture I was worried about dog hair but so far it has been 3 weeks and I haven’t had issues I have a gsd/lab and bernese so they shed like crazy everyday.

Estas cortinas superaron mis expectativas, estaba buscando este material ya que tengo 4 gatas y me era muy difícil conseguir unas cortinas resistentes y blackout. Estás cortinas cumplen lo que prometen, son totalmente blackout, claro que porque el tipo de cortinero que tengo la luz se filtra por la parte de arriba, pero si tuviera otro tipo de instalación estoy segura que mi cuarto quedaría en penumbra. Además noté, que aísla muy bien calor, ya que mi clima ahora tengo que subirle 2 grados más la temperatura porque mi cuarto no se calienta tanto. Es una ventaja enorme porque la posición de mi cuarto le da el sol directamente todo el día. Ademas noté una disminución del ruido, sin duda alguna de las mejores compras que he hecho. En mi caso las conseguí en oferta, en $379 me arrepiento de no haberles tenido fe, de lo contrario hubiera aprovechado para comprar otro par en oferta. Aún así, volveré a adquirir el producto para comprar unas para mi sala.Me faltó comentar que estéticamente están muy bonitas y a pesar de ser negras no se les nota mucho el pelito que dejan mis gatas.
