I haven’t had a chance to hang my comes up and enjoy them because I’m in the process of a move, but I did receive them and open the box and they are of quality handcrafted they’re absolutely beautiful. I know they will make my patio look amazing. The size of the Chimes are really nice

Sounds so beautiful and calming!! Got it for my mom’s birthday and she loves the deeper sound. Only complaint is it wasn’t packaged securely and one of the bamboo rod thingys split down the sides. Can hardly tell unless you’re looking for it and didn’t effect the sound

I love it! The wind chime came packaged beautifully, with eco-friendly packaging and a nifty booklet explaining the origins of the company, how to adjust evenness of the pieces, and long-term care of the chime. To adjusting the evenness is easiest if you slide the bead that is by the hanging hook down. That will loosen the tension on the strings. Then gently adjust the strings and slide the bead back up snug against the hook. They look really nice, with excellent craftsmanship, clear pictures on each piece of bamboo and a nice big clapper to catch the wind. They complement the tinny-sounding metal chimes I already have, giving a nice woodsy contrast. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I bought this for my own birthday, and I think it was the best gift I’ve received lately. I would definitely recommend this. I will be purchasing more to give as gifts to my kids.

Very good customer service on top of good product
I absolutely love the new bamboo wind chime we received to replace an old one given as a gift from our kids years ago. Not only does it look great with the burnt on artwork but it sounds great. Our old one had cracked from years of weather and we had forgotten how it was supposed to sound. We ordered the new one and somehow it got lost in shipping and I received an email from amazon to apply for refund, well I didn’t at first thinking it still may show up any day and being a fair person I didn’t want anything for nothing so I waited. It seems that amazon refunded me anyway and I get an email the next day from the founder of the company wondering why I wanted refunded. When I explained it was nothing he did or didn’t do that It was lost in shipping ,within a week he had me a new one on the way! something he did not have to do. I have to say he has earned my respect and more business not only from me as the people who see our chime and hear our story are eager to order one too. As I have said the construction is solid the artwork great and seems coated to last for awhile so if your on the fence about getting one I do highly recommend not only getting it but getting it from this seller!

When I received my first order one of the chimes was almost cracked in two so I returned them and manufacturer submitted a credit to my account before they even received them so I ordered another set and they showed up quickly and in great shape. My second set is on the back deck and sound awesome. Highly recommend these chimes and manufacturer is very good to deal with and any concerns you might have.

This is the second bamboo wind chime I’ve purchased, the first was about $10 less in price but the sound was terrible, it’s going back. This one is exactly the sound I was looking for. It appears to be very well constructed. I’m not a huge fan on the designs etched into the bamboo but the sound was what I really wanted. It’s very relaxing, a nice deep tone. Definitely recommend.

I bought this for a gift for my partner, he likes it but when it blows a gale it goes a bit insane and it has to be moved, or it may break, but we love the relaxing tones.
